In 2005, the Biophysical Society of Japan has established Early Research in Biophysics Award to recognize distinguished research work by young members of the BSJ. This year, the following ten candidates were selected from 30 applicants by primary document-based evaluation. Based on the oral presentations in this session, awardees, five at most, will be selected. The award winners will be announced at the banquet in the evening of Wednesday, November 15.
