| 1. Advance Registration |
| |

Payment for registration or banquet fees can be made by Postal transfer or by credit card (VISA or Master). |

Advance registration will be completed only after payment. In case your payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline (July 4th), your registration will be automatically canceled. |

 For BSJ Member |
| |
|
In case your payment of BSJ annual membership fee cannot be confirmed by July 4th, your advance registration and banquet fees will be charged Non-member prices. |
|
If you want to be a BSJ Member, make sure to sign up via BSJ web site before advance registration. |
|
A name badge and the program booklet will be sent to your registered address after advance registration is completed. |
|
For Undergraduate Student (BSJ Member), please refer to「3. For Undergraduate student」below. |
|
With regard to waiving of advance registration fee for Students who was affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, please visit BSJ web site. |

| 2. For Non-Member |
| |
|
Registration and banquet fees will be waived for a Non-Member and moreover a symposium presenter. Please note that the advance registration is required via “Online Registration” on your own. |
|
Non-Members (participation only) are required to register via "Online Registration". |
|
A member of the Physical Society of Japan or a member of the Japanese Society of Microscopy can also register the meeting and make an oral presentation, and will be charged Member prices. |
|
A name badge and the program booklet will be sent to your registered address after advance registration is completed. |
|
For Undergraduate Student (Non-Member), please refer to「3. For Undergraduate student」below. |

| 3. For Undergraduate Student |
| |
|
An Undergraduate Student and moreover an oral presenter is required the advance
registration via “Online Registration”. (Registration fee as Student: 3,500yen) |
|
Registration fee will be waived for a Member or Non-Member of Undergraduate Student (participation only). |
|
The banquet fee is required regardless of presenter or non-presenter. |
|

Note 1) If an Undergraduate Student makes an oral presentation, the registration fee as Student Member (￥ 3,500) is required.
Note 2) A bank account of BSJ2014 registration fee differs from a bank account for BSJ annual membership fee. Please confirm the bank account before money transfer. |

| 5. Name badge, Program booklet, ID for abstracts on the online system. |

The abstracts will be released only on the online system.
No printed abstracts booklet has been issued since BSJ2013. The program booklet (the parts of front matter, contents of symposia and oral presentations, and advertisement) will be distributed. |

|
A name badge will be sent to only those who completed the payment of the meeting registration fee by the deadline.
ID and Password of the online system and the program booklet will be sent to only those who completed the payment of BSJ annual membership fee. |

[ Non-member ] |
|
A name badge, the program booklet, ID and Password of the online system will be sent to only those who completed the payment of the meeting registration fee by the deadline. |
|

Please wear your name badge during the meeting period to enter the meeting site.
If you forget/lose a name badge, please come to the registration desk. A name badge will be reissued after check your registration. |
|
Program booklets are available for purchase: JPY3,500/booklet at the meeting site. |
|
The online system is provided for 1) Meeting program, 2) Downloading abstracts, 3) Meeting smartphone app (browsing program and abstracts) to your registered e-mail. |
|
|
|
| 6. Confirmation, correction, cancellation of your registration |
| |
Within advance registration period, you are able to confirm, correct and cancel your registered information on your own. However, it is not able to correct and cancel after the registration is closed.
Cancellation after the payment:
It is acceptable to refund if you notice on or before July 4th.
No refund can be made after advance registration is closed. |

| 7. Receipt |
| |
The receipt is attached to the name badge.
If you need another receipt form, it will be issued in exchange for the attached one. |
