| 1．Requirements for Presenter |
| |
Poster presentation:
To submit an abstract for poster, BSJ membership is a must. If your affiliation is in Japan and you are BSJ Non-Member, please complete to register to be a BSJ member via BSJ website beforehand.
If your affiliation is outside Japan and you are BSJ Non-Member, you are able to submit an abstract. In this case, registration fee is based on Member prices. |

Symposium presentation:
To submit an abstract for symposium, BSJ membership is not a must. |
|
|
| |

You can submit only ONE abstract for each presentation. |
|
A member of the Physical Society of Japan, member of the Biophysical Society of Australia, and member of the Japanese Society of Microscopy can submit abstracts as same condition as BSJ member. |
|

| 2. Online Submission |

|
Please submit your abstract via “Online Submission” of this website. |
|
Please note it would expect the online system might not work smoothly just before the deadline because of access concentration. |
|
Title and abstract body must be written in English. |
|
Attention: The length of abstract body has become shorter since BSJ2013 |
|

| 3. Confirm/Edit / Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts |
| |
You may confirm, edit and withdraw your abstract during submission period as many times as you need on your own. It is not available to edit or withdraw your abstract after the submission period is closed. |
|
|
| 4. Information of oral presentations |
| |
Please bring your own laptop in order to connect to a projector located at the lecture
room and make a presentation using the projector.
Your presentation and slides are basically provided in English. |
|
|
| 5. Information for poster presentations |
| |
A poster must be written in English.
Each poster will be posted for one day during the meeting period.
For further information will be released later. |
