The deadline for visa application is September 30. Application and Payment Registration can be made only via on-line. If electronic submission is unavailable, please print out the on-line registration form and fill in the items to be faxed to the secretariat. Cancellation and Refund Policies Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification to the effect as follows, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Conference. Cancellation Refund On or before October 10, 2006 100% of the amount paid On or before October 20, 2006 50% of the amount paid On or after October 21, 2006 No refund - Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund. - All refunds will be made after the Conference.
